"Adrian was an incredible resource for us. We listed our house with him, and he helped us find our new place. For our listing, he was honest and direct about the process and what we should expect in terms of price. He shared market analysis and comparisons to help guide our decisions. Like everyone, we thought our house was perfect and deserved above market. He helped level-set expectations, pointing out areas where we should make some minor improvements and helping us stage our place. Our house was on the market for less than 6 weeks, and during that time, he and his assistant, Andrea, were communicative, responsive, and did their work following up on all showings and leads. We had a 1-year-old at home, and they were always courteous in working showings around a schedule that worked for us. As for finding a place, Adrian and Andrea were once again great resources. They listened to what we were looking for and opened our eyes to an area we hadn’t considered. After our first offer was declined because the seller didn’t want a contingency, Adrian came back with a game plan, and we were able to make a second offer a month later on the same location at $75K less than what we had originally offered.
